Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, as all products are made to order. However, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

How do I request an exchange?

Email us at hello@weargftd.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Exchanges are limited to size swaps only.

What items are not eligible for exchange?

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be exchanged.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@weargftd.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll make it right.
